Cast iron Blake style thumb latch
Blake Style Latches were made by many hardware manufacturers for about 100 years.
Originally Patented in 1842
Handle measures 8" high. 4 1/2" lift bar with mount ring, jamb mount keeper
Thumb bar extends 2 1/2" when mounted. the thumb lift protrudes through the door and sits under the lift bar to use as a lift on the inside
Subtract the door thickness from the length of the thumb bar to be sure you have enough to lift from the other side
