Cast iron Blake style thumb latch
Blake Style Latches were made by many hardware manufacturers for about 100 years.
Originally Patented in 1842
Handle measures 9-3/4" high. 10" lift bar with mount ring, surface mount keeper
Thumb bar extends 3-1/4" when mounted. the thumb lift protrudes through the door and sits under the lift bar to use as a lift on the inside
Subtract the door thickness from the length of the thumb bar to be sure you have enough to lift from the other side
